Small Class Sizes for Individualized Attention
We love to give as much individualized attention as possible to each one of our members. That's why we purposely limit our class sizes - so we can individually coach you! We will challenge and push you while correcting form to assure you reach your health and fitness goals safely.
Unique Numa Progression Program to continually build strength.
Our workouts are written like a personal training program. We write one week of workouts assuring we hit every part of the body. The workouts are then progressed through each of the 3 weeks getting more challenging. Workouts can be progressed in ways such as more challenging exercise options, more work time, less rest time, and heavier weights.

All of our Numa coaches are certified Personal Trainers with a combined training experience of 15 years. We are here to challenge you to achieve your personal best at every class while coaching you on your form to prevent injury. Numa coaches go above and beyond to help you stay motivated and keep on track with your fitness goals.

Private Consultations
All memberships include one complimentary consultation for further support with nutrition, goal setting, accountability, corrective exercise, etc. Additional consultations may also be purchased as needed.
Yoga Classes
Yoga Classes are offered on Saturdays with Leah, our Certified Yoga Instructor. Yoga offers our members time to focus on recovery, restoration, mobility and stress reduction.
