When we want to make changes, we must take time to think about and write down our WHY. Why is fitness important to you? Why is it worth the sacrifice of time and sleep to get it in each day and week? Why is it important to you? What benefits do you get from it? Write all of these answers down! Reflect. Commit. REcommit! This will really help you dig deep to get to the root of WHY it’s important to show up!
